I mean come on, you're selling someone else's product for them. It's free advertisement and sales for the organization, whose gonna NOT let you do that? It's the same as me going to a music artist and saying hey, can we create a contract so I can sell YOUR albums and I'll take a cut? Ofcourse! I'm selling their product and making them money, while making a little myself. There's no reason that individual or organization wouldn't agree to do that.

You're not selling them something, you're selling THEIR product. I do have to say the individual that I spoke with over the phone seemed nice, but too many red flags for me in the company. I had a friend that introduced me to him so I felt he was LEGIT. He used a chat room called CISCO SPARKS to lure us in and he takes snap shots of fake and unverified trades to make you think he is doing 40% percent per week on his trades. When I saw his trades I thought something was fishy when you can make 150% percent a month trading with about 98% accuracy. I have found out through this room Cisco sparks that he has deceived 100's of other individuals and has taken there money. He has a friend named Ed who is full of **** and a female friend named Sarah. I am warning you don't work with Wesley he is a money hungry con artist that is after people's money. I am a millionaire and have successful companies so the money wasn't the big deal it was the lack of integrity and all the lies that were told by this individual. I like to file a complaint so if you run across this guy please google his name so you will know he is a lier and a con artist. I will be contacting the FTC & SEC to file a complaint to stop him from ripping other people off online. Trading scams are all on the Internet.

People find these people from face book trading groups and lure them in with fake high yield returns. I take responsibility for my own actions for being stupid and ignoring certain red flags. I just want him to be black listed and dealt with accordingly. Here's his Twitter page and he goes by the name of Wesley Thomas and he uses a chat group called CISCO SPARKS. I subscribed for this trial and then did some due diligence on them and their service and found derogatory information from various sources. I then sent them an email that they provided indicating that I wanted to cancel my subscription. This was done before my trial week was due to expire. No response from anyone. Then the following week, they debited my credit card I had used for the trial week for $77.00 which is their ongoing monthly charge.

I then sent another email to them demanding they cancel and issue a refund of my $77.00. Still, no response. They operate with no other contact information other than one email address to which no one responds to. They should be shut down so they don't continue ripping people off! Very simple. They keep charging me despite me telling them I don't want this service. Reminds me of the old ProActive face wash scam. Charges of $20 then $49 each month come in. I even cancelled my card and they managed to get the bank to honor the charge. I felt the need to report this company since at the moment there are no negative reviews on the internet. The only thing you get when you search for scam and their name are sponsored websites that tell you how great it is and how much money you'll make. This company promises a low cost online software to let you know if a stock will go up or down. They promise the lowest cost is $57 and it won't last long, until you find out that their lowest cost is $49 if you keep clicking away from the page. Once you sign up, the first page they take you to is an upsell to get the pro versions, and like the endless pushy salesman, you have to continually decline the upgrades by clicking something like, no I don't want to be a bettter trader, I don't like making money. Now I don't think they make much money off of this system.

I suspect they make more from linking you with so called binary options brokers that they recommend and recommend you split your money evenly between them. Anyone familiar with binary options trading knows that it is just gambling, and the house always wins. They promise you a money back guarantee within 60 days and while I'll admit, I got my money back, it was only after persistent emails and in the end they referred me to their third party affiliate Click Bank for the refund. I ordered 1 item from Signals. A few months later, they charged my credit card $14.95, which was to be a month fee for some kind of club for buying stuff from Signals and all the associated stores (Signals, Bas Bleu, Acorn DVD, Catalog Classics, SupportPlus, WhatonEarth, Wireless). I was very fortunate -- to have had my Storm Pay account not got through--- otherwise I was ready to sign on-- and give 12 Daily Pro a thousand dollars to start earning 12% commissions over a 12 Day Period. This scam includes one downline-- which you are suppossed to receive 12% commissions on-- anyone that you convince to come on board.

The scam allowed you to start with $6.00 -- and went up to a $6,000 investment. Several of my friends have LOST THEIR TOTAL INVESTMENT. Never received a pay out. They claim that their signal is unbiased. Well naturally its not because its useless, its does nothing. Also, this guy will tell you not to fund your brokerage account on your own – to give him full control and he will deposit the funds. This SCAM cost $1500. This is the auto-trader fee for its losing services rendered. Once you pay for the service and send them your brokerage account monies, they no longer want to communicate with you either via phone or email. It becomes a BIG fight after that. Important Info: Asset Signal only give you 3 days to request a refund and not enough time for you to determine if their service will work and make money for you. My brokerage account is with SpotFN. After such treatment with Asset Signals, I tried to go back to SpotFN to report these guys and SpotFN claims this is a 3rd party affiliate and that they cannot do anything about them when they advertise this service on their website to include their customer service staff. When you then try to get your money back from SpotFN, this too becomes a BIG fight, because they do not want to return the money.

After all, we never took any of their BONUSES to tie up my money and therefore we should be entitle to our money and withdraw at our convenience. Both SpotFN and Asset Signals have bad business practices. They are like 2 snakes in bed together. STAY FAR AWAY because they are dangerous and have no heart for anyone except their own pockets and bank accounts. All you keep hearing from the brokers I gotta make some money today, well yes they do, for their own bank accounts ONLY! No regards for the client ever! Binary Options platforms are very dangerous. You have to filter out and do you homework to find a good and ethical branch. There are more bad than there are good. You are better off going on to the Forex platform with a well-know company such as FXCM and avoid Binary Options style of trading. Then I would have seen SEVERAL others who were burned like I was, but somehow, the negatives were changed to neutral? Wonder how long it will be before they have mine changed! This wasn't too big an issue, as long as it would run like I expected! But says they'll pay if I get a Lexus dealer to look at it (they swear Toyota is trying to rip me off now!) & if I go through mediation at Square Trade. I agreed. I spent another week in mediation, had the car towed to Lexus after paying Toyota for a diagnostic. Now Lexus says, it's the transmission alright. Plus there's an air filter completely removed.

Cost at Lexus is more, as I expected - $3500 + tax for used. So Pro Auto then starts reverting to the AS-IS & I refused a warranty (which I was never really offered, the papers were alredy printed off stating no warranty, but I did sign) & I had driven it a whole week and put 800-something miles on it (again not true, the mileage was higher when I drove off the lot than what ebay listed - they had been driving it-but I can't prove bc I signed docs wo chekcing against OD). As a good-will effort, they will pay $1000 toward it if I agree not to leave negative feedback. Well by this point, I had checked them out - I knew about all the others & had communicated with some of them. See, there are ways to have negative feedback changed to neutral, like leaving negative as aretailiation & then getting the other person to agree to mutually withdraw the negative, or by initiating mediation & the other person doesn't want mediation, and soem others, too, I'm still learning all this. BUT, the comments can never be removed. So you have to read them. And the negatives they left for those people. Peopl like me, who paid cash and did their part, but had the guts to stand up to them when they were ripped-off. The call names, like Terrorist and LOSER - but they call themselves Pro? They raised the offer to $1200, but I'm not being bought. I would rather be able to speak out and warn others who see that 100% & feel safe - IT'S A LIE! I can give you other ebayer's ID who will tell you their stories! Please BEWARE - and if you're a victim too, don't be bullied into keeping quiet. We need to all stick together!

I then received an email from paypal telling me that Omniforex had taken $99.90 from my credit card. This was 2 days after I had cancelled them on the second day of the three day $4.99 trial.

I've called them sevearl times to cancel however there is always an answering machine that takes the call. Each time I have left a message for a call back and they have yet to return my call.

Ive also contacted my bank however Pro Garcnina has found a way to setup this charge in such a way that it cannot be blocked. A new card would need to be issued to prevent the charges. This is not acceptable and this company should be reported to the authorities. I saw that one member posted a comment stating that this company tired to threaten him for reporting them to the BBB. I also saw negative comments abotu this product on other websites. Next time I will do better research but in the meantime the company should be investigated. I bought this software as it looked very promising but after about 2 months of custom developement i gave up on this company after also paying an arm and a leg on custom work. I essentially had to test the custom work myself and report to them for bugs to be fixed, they didnt bother testing their work before i evaluated. this became very frustrating after a while and i walked away with a website that was incomplete, with errors and bugs. it was a disappointing end and i would not recommend this company to anyone. i was ripped off and left with a useless piece of software. you can try another product called ilance. i wished i had gone with them at the start and i dont think i would filing a ripoff report like this.
